To get some help guessing the days you are most firtle use this calculator

http://www.babycenter.com/calculators/ovulation/

I used it to help me get pregnant and it was really acurate. If you are having trouble with the folicles maturing and releasing the eggs, you might have PCOS (PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome~ask your doctor about it) in which case you might still need a little help. I took Clomid to help things along a little and was pregnant within 4 months.

Good Luck!

This is a question for a fertility specialist. But basically if you have a biphasic cycle...that is your temp every morning with a basal thermometer(take your oral temp using a basal temp thermometer every am before u get out of bed around the same time each day for a couple months and chart it). Around day 14 your temp will go up slightly up then drop and stay lower until you get your period...or get pregnant....You can really only evaluate a temp cycle when the whole month is charted.
You probably won't get pregnant with immature follicles but they can monitor your eggs maturation with an ultasound for that. Then there are meds that can be given to stimulate the follicles growth & maturation...and another med to push "them?"(one or more) off your ovary(ovaries). The most absolute way to know if u r ovulating is by having an endometrial biopsy which can be done in a docs office. It is uncomfortable....some period like cramping and u r done!

First you have to watch and record your period for 3 months, make sure how many days are in between every period.(the first day of period). Using a calendar is a great way to do it. If you have your periods every 28 days then you can get pregnant the day 14 (100%), day 12,13, 15 and 16 (50%). But this can only work if you are regular. You have to record your period for three months to know exactly how many days are in between. Other tip you are fertile when you have a clear and sticky secretions coming from your vagina. Good luck.

To know if you are ovulating, you need to chart your fertility signs. Please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It is written by an expert and will help you determine how you are most likely to conceive.

If your period is regular, it is the halfway point between periods, usually about two weeks.
