Sprint Power Vision live T.V./ fanscan NASCAR / video mail/ do you use these feataures?

Are they worth the cost? do you really use it often? What cant you do w/ power vision?

I had it when I first got my sprint phone, it was really cool too watch the movie trailer etc.

It's kinda expensive though
