I assume you mean Australians of human persuasion. I do not think there is one single answer to your question as this field has not been explored enough to provide answers. The most recent ones were Europeans and they've been around for a few hundred years Before them the Aborigines. We do not know if there were others before them. If you are referring to life well there is a whole bunch of animals that predate everybody by at least a few 100 million years.

Indigenous Australians are the first inhabitants of the Australian continent and its nearby islands, continuing their presence during European settlement. The term includes the various indigenous peoples commonly known as Aborigines, whose traditional lands extend throughout mainland Australia, Tasmania and numerous offshore islands, and also the Torres Strait Islanders whose lands are centred on the Torres Strait Islands which run between northernmost Australia and the island of New Guinea.

Aboriginals were the very first ones in Australia. The British Empire used Australia as a large prison and sent their criminals there because they were not fit to live with the "civilized people". So almost anyone in Australia either has roots in the aboriginals or criminals. Unless they migrated (or moved) there after the empire stopped using Australia as it's jailhouse.

As opposed to the plastic ones that keep stealing our sheep. Damned plastic Aussies!!
As an aboriginal, i think we should have put up more of a fight. Like balistic womerras, or atomic boomerangs... Take out those colonists. Actually I think there has been a lot of improvements, except that whole land ownership thing... Look how much it costs now!

I think real Aussies are those who love Australia--- black or white, Chinese or Aborigine, citizen or not. If you love a nation, you'd actually do something to improve it. And this makes you a real Aussie, not just an outsider living in Australia.

The Aboriginals were the first by many thousands of years. Next were the criminals England did not want.

Me, I think it is the stinky (as in, oh God, buy some deodorant), beautiful people who are live there currently.

Aboriginals have lived on the Australian continent for approx. 40,000 years. White man colonised the mainland about 210 years ago. You tell me...

Aboriginals were there first,a question of semantics, and political correctness though to be honest with you. IE- I am an American of Cherokee heritage, but first and foremost an American. So your question is a good one, makes you think, nothing wrong with that.
