I'm 21 and I'm trying to lose 100lbs. and have a bunch of bothersome stretch marks on my stomach, but they don't look streaky they just look like indents...Anyway, wondering if I lose the weight, will they shrink up and go away?

Honey, sorry to say, they never go away, and if you loose the weight too fast, you will get more!
they will fade, but you are stuck witht hem

if you loose that much weight....im happy for you yet sorry that not only will you have S M on your tummy but you will get them all over your body along with extra loose skin(stretch marks NEVER go away they are ONLY PREVENTABLE)....but the good thing is that you will wear a much smaller size and have a great body...just stick to a diet (THE SECRET IS EAT WHAT EVER YOU WANT BUT ONLY IN SMALL PORTIONS DONT OVERLOAD YOUR PLATE OR BOWL OR EAT TIL YOU GET STUFFED)..RUN TWICE day for 20-30 min each..and as for the stretsh mark use the 'in shower body lotion' by olay..you can find it at walmart then after wards use a anti-stretchmark lotion for ALL OVER YOUR BODY......put it on at least 2-3 times a day and you will have a lot less stretch marks...good luck

Stretch marks never go away. It's where the elaticity of your skin gave out and stretched too thin. They will be less visable over time as long as you don't have any rapid weight gain or loss. Tanning doesn't make them go away, but it takes the redness & silveriness away from them.

Tanning helps them alot.

no they will never go away. Even if u try surgery, u can only reduce its visibility, but it will always be there.
