It can be more or less translated to:

How are you? Who told you that he is already married? Anyway, I'll just focus on my studies. Thanks for your email. Anyway/whatever, I love him.

I think this person sounds very young, and naive to boot. I don't like people who knowingly destroy a person's marriage and in this case, I don't think she knows. I think the both of you are victims. I suggest you tell this girl as nicely as possible, that yes, the guy is indeed married and she should focus on her studies and look for single and not married men.

I don't know the entire circumstances of your marriage and your conversation with this girl, just translating what you asked. But I hope you get to reach an amicable solution.

Take care.

What nationality is your husband's lover? Try copying & pasting the message into a free translation programme via the internet.

More to the point, if you're husband is fooling around, get rid of him! There is such a thing as life without a man, and there are good men who deserve a good woman like you.
Alternatively, what is this woman offering/giving your husband that you're not. You may need to reconsider your priorities & actions.

I'm a woman who's been cheated on..I've taken a lot of time to consider why it happened, & I believe we were both to blame. The next man in my life will benefit from the lessons I've learned about myself, but will also have to prove himself in order to gain my trust.
