I only like Family Guy because of Stewie. However South Park has the best writing.. Trey Parker and Matt Stone are frickin hilarious!

Simply because I don't feel like my intelligence is being insulted when I watch Family Guy, whereas South Park makes me feel like I'm being patronized, it's that idiotic.

Family Guy, for sure! I love Stewie. He is hilarious. I think every family, in one way or another, can relate to either the characters or issues dealt with in this show. I can't get enought of it!
