I have been going thru this same thing for over a week now. I had a friend that I thought was a great friend....turns out she had been talking about me behind my back and now she thinks I am a liar. I did nothing wrong in this relationship but now all of a sudden I am the bad person. I told her today that our friendship was over. She didnt take it very well. I gave her the cell phones back that she had activated on her account for me and my boyfriend. I got my things from her house and now she thinks i should finish paying for the cell phones for another 10 months till the contract is up. I never signed anything for the phones so I will not be paying for anything because of the things she has done. I will miss her children but this is just the way it has to be.

Tell your friend the truth and explain why you don't want to be friends. If you don't want to do that, ignore your friend and they will realize that you don't want to be their friend anymore. As the old saying goes "Honesty is the best policy." Do what you think is best for you.

Tell them, "I don't want to be your friend anymore". Then give them a good reason why. I think that's the hardest way to do it, but the most decent way to do it.

Do it on the phone and be honest as to why you don't want to be their friend. I say do it on the phone because you can let loose of your feelings without getting physical.
