I would go with "I'll Never Tell". It is sweet, and had some of the funniest lines.
My second favorite would be "I have a Theory". I just love the cut to Anya's theory that it could be Bunnies. LOL

For me it us a tie between 'Under Your Spell' and 'Standing' and then the corresponding combined reprise. I think they mark decisions made by characters that ended up having some very far reaching effects on all the characters in the series. Giles decision to leave Sunnydale and Tara's decision to break up with Willow led to the seasons best drama.

"Where Do We Go From Here?"
It asked the question that every audience member wanted to know - where will the characters go from here? It had a real depth of feeling, and it summed up a lot of the characters in just a few lyrics.

Hmmm...tough one the whole episode was great...but I am gonna go with Xander and Anya's "I'll Never Tell." It was absoluitely hysterical!
