You should be ahsamed of yourself for even thinking this is going to ruin his reputation with the ladies. I think you are full of effluence and are displaying the maturity of a piece of used chewing gum spit out on a city sidewalk. This guy Pete Wentz must have told you to stop calling him and/or leave him alone because he didn't want you as a girl/boy friend and you decided to "get him back" by naming him on the Internet as having a "bad STD" that "he might die from".

I think you should pray real hard. Go to him and apologize (even though it's a hard thing to do), and never have relations with anyone without letting them know what the problem is. I don't know what STD would kill someone, other than Aids. If you have Aids, avoid sex with anyone. It's not worth the conscience attacks you will have.

Are you sure that you did infect him? Didn't you care (condom etc.)?
Then let him know what happened. He might be angry at you a bit but this is ithe better resolution (still better than a sickness).
