my manager always say you always come late why don't you .... and many kind of question please help me what can i do for my manager that he love me and be acquiescent of me?

Listen to your manager and find out what it is that's bothering him. If you're always coming in late, then come in a few minutes early, if he has a problem with your attitude then try to fix it. If you look at it as his way to explain what exactly your job requires and then do it, he'll stop bugging you.

Well, I am a manager, so I will tell you what I would love.
I had an assistant manager who was always questioning me every time I asked her to do something, I couldn't stand her.
Then all of a sudden, she started cooperating and trying to help me take the work load off, and we began to have a better working relationship. Let your boss over hear you telling someone that you have the greatest, most coolest boss ever!
Try to do more than just your work, when you are finished, help your boss or co-workers finish their work load, It's called team work. If your boss sees that you are really trying hard to please him, it will change the work atmosphere, and you will have less stress. Smile all the time, noone likes working with someone that is in a bad mood and is un-approachable....Good luck!

Sometimes people come with a preset mind. What impressions they form last for life time. So always make sure that you do your work right and go on time. Be nice and friendly. Improve your communication. Strengthen your skills and work towards improvement. Rest will be taken care of automatically. Don't worry too much.

Show up 15 minutes early, dress professionally and do your job better than any of your coworkers. Do not even attempt to kiss his ***. By doing so you are being transparent and he will easily see through you.
