to use a picture as your background:

Of Course..make sure your pictures are on the internet and you have thr URL..

where it says "url_of_image" replace the text with the URL of your picture.

I download the pic to Photobucket and use Kiwi editor, which accepts URL's. So, you just use the URL of your picture from Photobucket. Hope this makes sense. :P
