If you mean running faster you must build up the muscle mass in your legs (obvious one would think) Try weight lifting exercises that target your quadriceps and calf muscles, but don't over do it, muscles need time to rest between sessions or you risk straining them.

Buy a weighted vest and use it during training, or wear it all the time perhaps.

always sprint on the staircase do this until you can breathe easily. for beginner start slowly and squat also would help for muscle building.
