Superman because he is much more powerful. Batman is strong but doesn't have any superpowers. Spiderman is just a teenager and is not that strong

If it was a spontaneous fight with no planning: Superman, because he is faster, stronger and more powerful.
If they had time to plan: Batman, because Batman plans for every eventuality. No one can beat Batman when he has time to set a trap.
