I can't decide between The Village or Signs, haven't seen Lady in the Water yet ssoooooo....M. Night is definitely an intense-thrill-seeking writer.

He had a scary movie?
I would have to say that The Sixth Sense was the scariest.
The Village was so stupid that my 12 year old niece asked if she could NOT watch it. I had it figured out from the previews.
Unbreakable was OMG stupid. And not even close to being scary.
Signs... Signs? don't get me started on that.
As far as scary movies go, I have two classics that I recommend: Jacob's Ladder, and In the Mouth of Madness.

I think his scariest movie was the Sixth Sense, because of all the dead people the boy kept seeing. But I believe his new movie, The Lady in the Water, might top it. I seen the previews and it looks really biazzre, interesting and scary.

Wow. Everyone is so harsh. I have not seen all of the movies-thank you for the list. My vote is for Signs, totally creeped me out. And I love the whole alien concept. I liked 6th Sense but never felt scared. 'Sorry but I also got scared during certain scenes of "The Village", although I understand the backlash for the tidy ending. I'm totally looking forward to meeting the Lady.

To be honest, I didn't think any of them were scary. I was SEVERELY let down by The Village because there was such a big fuss about it but when I finally saw it I found out how retarded it was. He proves to us that the film industry is running out of ideas for movies!

When you watch the trailers of his movies you think they are scary but when you watch the movies their not. I still love his movies though. I haven't been scared by any of his movies yet but Lady in the water does seem kind of scary.

I've like them all so far but the 1 that "scared me" was Signs.
I haven't seen the Lady in the Water yet.
