Schedule the showings when you're not at home or during certain times. Also, record your lease so that when a new buyer goes to purchase the property, they see a lease exists.

Look over your lease but usually if the landlord gives you 24 hours notice they came come in during regualr hours...meaning if they want to show the place at 9pm you can say no. If the place is sold the lease is still binding, meaning the new owners have to uphold that lease until it ends or you both come to an agreement to break it.

Read your lease did it state that she had the right to show and sale your house before your lease was up if so, there's not much you can do. If it's not in the lease sue her in civil court or just talk to her maybe you all can work something out.

Allow it but ONLY On YOUR TERMS. THE times/days YOU select. MAKE it DIFFICULT or EASY as you want!

Our landlord SOLD our house while we were in our lease!!!! Good thing we still get to live here! WHEW don't wanna EVER think of MOVING again!!!

Maybe your landlord is trying to sell it to someone who needs a TAX break. Maybe YOU won't have to MOVE. Just a bit of inconvenience in the mean time.
