Does anyone now where to go on a date on or around the Los Angeles area...?

Los Angeles and the surrounding areas have a lot of cool things to do. A lot depends on you and your perspective date, and what things you might like to do. I lived in LA for almost seven years and would love to be an asset for you if I can.

If you would like a simple but romantic thing... head down to Santa Monica, to the 3rd Street Promenade, which runs from Broadway to Arizona streets. There are cool little shops...and some great restaurants. One of my favorites is Bravo Cucina.. pretty much directly in the center of the entire Promenade. They have great Italian for reasonable prices. Then after you finish.. check out some of the street performers and then walk a few blocks west to the ocean... where you can take a walk on the boardwalk, with a cool amusement park. It is elevated above the beach, so it is really nice.

There is so much more.....

You can go to the Sunset Strip to the Laugh Factory.... in West Hollywood.. get there about 45 minutes before the show and call them beforehand to reserve seating tickets.

Venice Beach
Really weird things happen there, but the atmosphere is good.
And because its so wacky and funky there, you won't feel embarassed about things you do...which translates to a fun time becasue then you'll be able to talk more freely, etc.

Santa Monica pier its hot w\a cool breeze, old Pasadena if u want to go quite larchmont between rossmore and van ness

go walk around on sunset blvd....in silverlake ..there are shops everywhere and cool atmosphere....and then go to the VERMONT on vermont and sunset by starbucks... very romantic!
