and the father is willing to step up and be a man and take care of the child, but on the other hand he is willing to take care of his responsibilitie but the mother wont allow it because she wants him to herself and dont want nobody else to have him. and she is taking him to court just because she can and she can get away with it.

And it is horrible to use children like that.. Not a good plan.
What you put out comes back to you. If you put out bad things, Bad things are gonna come back to you..
You should think about what is best for those kids and quit playing these games. They need a stable home and this constant struggle is not good. Why inflict this mess on the kids??
Be a parent and quit with the head games. It is stupid and very harmful to the kids. What did they do to live in this hell?

If the father is willing to take care of the child---then let the mother take him to court--that way the judge can put it in writing what the child support payment will be and the father will have automatic visitation rights without the mother being present...

.Well the father has a right to the child. If he is not hurting the child or exposing the child to harm. There is really no reason to take him away. BUT the same goes to the mother. This is why courts order parents to "share" children.

The courts will regulate how often he gets to see his child. If she is trying to keep him away from their child and the court orders visitation, she HAS to let him see the child. If she doesn't he can take her back to court for contempt of court!

Yes it is. However some cities favor women taking the children but if he can prove he is in better condition to care for the children then he should fight it all the way. We need more dad's like him!

Usually the mother will win unless she has Drug problems or clinically insane, or if she is proven to be a child abuser.
