I have a picture that I fixed the red-eye on, but when I saved it, it saved as a smaller picture. I need to resize it to a bigger picture, but when I do it, it is out of focus and unclear. How do I resize it bigger and yet keep it in focus?

If you still have the original picture, use one of the software suggestions below. Redo the red eye and go from there.

Photo-manipulations

For ease of use and management of your photo files try Kodak easyshare software http://www.kodak.com

or Picasso. http://www.picasa.google.com/

For advanced and fully functional photographic manipulation gimp2 is very similar to Photoshop and is available from http://www.gimp.org

Try Picasa, You can Export the Pictures and Resize the Pictures You like.

A free software download from Google.
Picasa is software that helps you instantly find, edit and share all the pictures on your PC. Every time you open Picasa, it automatically locates all your pictures (even ones you forgot you had) and sorts them into visual albums organised by date with folder names you will recognise. You can drag and drop to arrange your albums and make labels to create new groups. Picasa makes sure your pictures are always organised.

Picasa also makes advanced editing simple by putting one-click fixes and powerful effects at your fingertips. And Picasa makes it a snap to share your pictures – you can email, print photos home, make gift CDs, and even post pictures on your own blog.

You generally can't resize a small picture into a larger one with out it being all pixel-y. You need a really high resolution photo to enlarge properly and still be crisp and clear.

you might be out of luck, b/c you might have compressed your image in ordrer to save it at a smaller size. if you have the original save it again, but uncompressed.
