looks like tiny bumps and looks black, but when i wash it with soap and water, they now look white. What are these things, should I go for a dermatologists????

They're called blackheads and many people get them. If over the counter stuff doesn't work, then call your dermatologist.

Black & white heads. You can make this go away with a scrub or even blackhead product strips at your local CVS or Brooks. Don't worry about it, it happens to the best of us.

Use a mild facial scrub daily and keep your face clean.

blackheads...no need for a dermatolologist.....go to walmart and by a black head clearing scrub and use it daily and buy the black head nose peeler..

It sounds like they are blackheads. You can use bior strips on them or rubbing alcohol.

they could be zits and you should use a actual face wash or pop it. you can do what my friend does and put baking soda on it
