You should not rob a bank. This is known as 'attempted robbery' if you are caught and 'America's Most Wanted top Five' if you get away. It is highly illegal, and not to mention has a low success rate. So my advice is to neither whisper or hand a note for it is pointless in all odds.

I would do both. Hand the note over to the teller making sure that you've included all your information, write neatly and for heavens sake sign your name!. Also, be patient. These things take time. Make sure to put any bundles you are given, the ones with dye packs directly in the front of your shorts.

We tellers just love courteous, dumb felons.
PS... when you are done robbing the bank, park your Big Wheel and have your dad or mom drive you directly to the local police department. Well, you could stop for a Happy Meal first, since this will be the last real food for a while.

notes can be traced. but whispering could make you seem suspricous. there is never a way without risk. i wouldnt recommend you doing it. maybe if people tried to get a job and work as much as they tried to think of easy ways to get cash you would get it cleaner
