Any current model home computer can be networked with a mac. No other current model computer will run mac software. There used to be several mac clones available 10 years ago but not anymore. The current mac models with intel processors can boot up in windows os with a little additional software and prep and be able to run windows software. However you can't run both mac os and widows os at the same time on the same machine unless you use a software emulator like virtualpc. or an outdated windows compatibility card like OrangePC but with these you'll only be able to run windows 98
