Shapeshifting into anything, as long as I keep my mind and senses. What's the point of being stuff like a rock, a dog, or some clothing if you can't think like yourself and still hear and see? But, if you keep your mind, well then there's tons of possibilities.
Turn into a rock in Afghanistan, wait for a terrorist to step on you, or better yet, turn into gold, and have them take you to Osama. Then turn into nerve gas, knock them all out, and turn into a radio to call the troops.
Turn into a dog to play with my other dogs, or play fetch with my wife and kids (my two real dogs look at you like you are dumb when you throw a stick). But I'd have to keep my mind so I don't start licking myself....ewwww.
Turn into clothing. Sneak in Jessica Simpson wardrobe and wait to be put on, hehe. OWW! Honey, sorry, I meant your closet, wait for YOU to put me on! (The dangers of having a wife, LOL)

Water like a mermaid because they live in the ocean and can control the ocean surrounding's and i just would love to have that kinda power.

I always liked Nemesis Kid enemy of the Legion of Super-Heroes.
He could adapt whatever power he needed to defeat any opponent.

Definitely Flight. But not just, push myself off the ground and end up staying there flight, but to have huge, glorious wings, that you could collapse to your sides. Or maybe under your arms. You know how magnificent it would be to be flying over cities like that?

Let's see other than the one's I already have (the ability to heal myself and others, telepathy, and a tiny, tiny bit of telekinesis...) I'd have to go for invisability, it'd be great to just dissappear when some pervert thinks he has staring rights...
