Everyone is giving you the sensible answer. If your boyfriend is cheating on you. He's not in love with you. If I was in love with a girl, I'll wait 20 years without sex for her return. Heck, I'd wait an entire lifetime. Wouldn't that be love to you?
He's only using you and toying with you. The best thing you can do for yourself is not make excuses for him and just dump him. Trust me a guy like that would find a new girlfriend in less than 6 months, which would mean he's not upset that he's lost you in the first place. He's just playing you.

get some self respect and self worth wherever or however you can so that you won't be attracted to or by 'cheaters' and other dishonest/negative folks. you can learn a lot about self esteem, etc. right here on the web or in a library/book store. go for it! and stop being a sucker/fool for the wrong kind of 'lovers'. once you have some high self regard, 'cheats' will not appeal to you at all and honest guys will come around.

Simplest answer, dump him, if he cheats once, he'll cheat again, and staying with him won't make you happy. I've had a girl do that to me before, I wish we would have broken up a lot sooner

How come you're still calling him YOUR boyfriend if he's running around with someone else? He made the decision for you, unless you just want to sit around until he's ready to come around again. Your choice.

think like this... if he is doing so... then the next can also do the same....
