It simply means that the particular 'Logo' has been legally registered as that Company's Trade Mark !
It is a way of warning others, that the Logo cannot be legally used by anyone else.

It stands for Trademark. If you look at most logo's that you see, you'll see the little TM next to it. Just on my computer I have a TM by my Microsoft XP logo and my GeForce logo. It's all around you!
