For a normal healthy man, having erections is no problem, throughout their life (there are a few coroner jokes about that). Many older, overweight men, men with blood pressure problems, or "performance fears" may not be able to maintain an erection for very long. I noticed some people referred to sperm. The normal healthy man produces sperm his entire life.

I know of a person about 60 years age who has a rockhard erection and gives very satisfying straight vaginal sex. Even his pubic hair are starting to go grey but girls less than half his age yearn for him.

well I'm 57 and have no problems...that's about all I can tell you..other than I have had sex with men in their 70's who were doin' it just great as well.
