For a normal healthy man, having erections is no problem, throughout their life (there are a few coroner jokes about that). Many older, overweight men, men with blood pressure problems, or "performance fears" may not be able to maintain an erection for very long. I noticed some people referred to sperm. The normal healthy man produces sperm his entire life.

I know of a person about 60 years age who has a rockhard erection and gives very satisfying straight vaginal sex. Even his pubic hair are starting to go grey but girls less than half his age yearn for him.

A friend of mine who is a physician says he prescribes Viagra to an 88 year old man. I asked him if it were dangerous, and he replied that not so long as he were not taking other medications that would cause problems.
