There are several baby-type websites up and running. Do a search for 'preconception' or 'ovulation calculator'. It will ask the question of "What was the first day of your last period?" Enter the date into the spot provided. Then it asks for days in your cycle. If you are average this will probably be 28 days. When you enter the information the site will calculate the days you will ovulate (if you are average). It's usually a three day window. Make sure you and your partner are very, very active on those three days for sure, though extra days are good too (and fun). If your fertility is normal and you have no medical issues then you should get pregnant within the first couple of months. It's how I had my first two children and how I "picked" the month they would be born.

Try Pre Seed. It's a lubricant that can help the sperm swim to the egg. After 6 months of trying it worked for us the first month we used it. Don't use any other lubricants because they can harm the sperm. Eat healthily - that goes for your partner as well as you - look on line to find a list of foods you especially need. Stop or cut down on caffeine. Some people say drinking a cup of green tea a day helps (but stop drinking it once you are preg because it can inhibit folic acid uptake they think and so potentially harm your baby) Try not to obsess - the more you think about it the less likely it is to happen! Monitor your cycle using temperature taking and cervical mucous testing. Have sex when you're fertile! Don't have too much sex or the sperm count will be lowered Good luck! It'll happen, I'm sure. All you really need is patience...

Don't laugh, but after sex seriously, don't get up and walk around, stick a pillow under your bottom giving his little swimmers some direction and relax. That worked twice for me. I thought that was silly at first and was like I'm not gonna try that but after 3 years I tried it got pregnant right away. and 3 years later did the same thing. Good Luck

Funny, but alot of times we are stressing and worrying about why we are not getting pregnant and in return it causes us not to. Relax and just enjoy each other and don't worry about it, it will happen eventually. If you are really worried about it, get checked out with your doctor (both of you) to make sure there isn't anything medically causing this, if not then just share this time together in and out of the bedroom.

Stop stressing. Eat healthy, exercise. Lots and lots and lots of practice. No protection. No birth control and keep trying!

Consult your doctor. You may have fertility problems.
If that's the case, your doctor can help.
My only other advise is: Practice, practice, practice. :)
