I practice celibacy, because I want to be able to tell the woman I marry that she is the first and last one I will have sexual intercourse with. And practicing celibacy until I get married and then having sexual intercourse without a condom and for the purpose of procreation would be the most wonderful feeling in the world, so it is maybe why celibacy has been promoted by wise people through out history, also because celibacy is what distinguishes us from other animals in that we are able to be wise in controlling our sexual desire and saving it for the one person we are going to spend the rest of our lives with and who we will raise children with.

I practice abstinance. I respect myself and I don't really find that I need sex, as some people seem to.
Celibacy...well, I don't know. I want to stay single, but not because of religion or anything, but because I'm probably too young to really know for sure if it will happen one way or the other.

Abstinence is when you haven't had sex before and you want to wait until you giet married and when you practice celibacy you chose not to have sex again until you get married.
I've be celibate going on 5 years now. Its kind of cool because I don't have to worry about STD or getting my heart broken if the relationship doesn't workout or breaking someone else's heart. If your going to try one of the two just be patient with yourself and take things slow they might work for you but if they don't well they don't its not forever one

Well...I kind of was before. But I'm thinking about becoming celibate for a while now since I lost my virginity.
