I was at a Red Sox game when George Scott hit an "Inside-the-Park" homerun. The ball bounced in front of Tony Oliva of Minnesota. As Tony was running in from right field to attempt to catch the ball on the first bounce, the ball for some strange reason bounced high over Tony's head out to the right field wall. Tony had to reverse direction and retrieve the baseball. George Scott is a big, slow man though. He plodded around the bases going slower and slower and he was running out of steam and the ball was getting back to the infield! He beat the throw though, for an "Inside-the-Park" home run, and I WAS THERE!

The most exciting part of the baseball game is when you have to hold them and an outfielder makes a sweet catch and they win the game-or when you are losing and someone hits a homerun and there is a steal home and you win!!!!

A game winning shot when the clock has 0 seconds left and your team is down by 2 points and you hit that 3 pointer with no fouls to give.

I like the thrill of a Grand Slam (by my team of course). When the 21 year old Melky Cabrea hit one last night it was very exciting!
