I don't suggest you sleep with a high-absorbancy tampon in as you run a higher risk of toxic shock syndrome if you happen to sleep longer than 8 hours. Your best bet is to try the highest absorancy pad you can find and see what works then. I reccommend the ones with wings as they stay in place better.

Try using a super plus tampon and an overnight pad with wings together.

you would need to wear a pad at night, slide it a little farther back so that part will catch what goes down back there. And with a heavy flow, wear thinker ones (bigger size).

sleep on your side
if you sleep on your back, it leaks out the back
if u sleep on teh front it leaks on the front
if u sleep on the side, it'll leak less.
i recommend putting extra toilet paper at the end of your pad so it can be extra protection
good luck- you'll get the hang of it with different sleeping positions

Wear a tampon and a pad designed for heavy days. It will tell you on the package.....

hey hun....all the ladies have some really good answers i just thought i would let you know that i have found that nursing on a hard piece of cinnamon candy helps to slow down the flow...not sure how but it works for some crazy reason...hope it helps you ....love daisy

ive had that problem 4 a while but dindt wanna do tampons @ night so ive figured out if u but one pad on the normal way and the other across itll catch w/e leaks and u wont have to change at night., its weird i kno, but it works so wat the heck

use always or kotex, the biggest size, and set an alarm in the middle of the night to check yourself.
