Is it true, coming up in the state of michigan in this next year, that fireworks that go up in the air (such as: mortors, rockets, firecrackers, bottle rockets, and ect.) are going to become legalized? does anyone know?

YES, it IS going to be voted on. The state wants to keep the money from fireworks sales in Michigan, and also to collect taxes and "safety fees" on the fireworks. However, the restrictions for purchasing fireworks are supposed to be greatly increased.
