Please tell me what this movie is.

It was I’m sure a Disney movie. And I think the film must be 10 years or so old.
It was about a boy. He’s working on the computer and suddenly there’s a loud noise, (thunder) and all the contents in the internet goes to this boy’s head.
After that he becomes a really genius. And he can answer to any question or speak in any language.
Please say what this movie is? (I want a full explanation)
And tell me the full story.
If you don’t know the real answer, do not reply to this.

Plot Synopsis
The late 1960s. A group of students convince a local gangster (well, they don't know he's a gangster) to donate a computer to their college. One night during a storm while delivering a replacement part, one of the students, Dexter Riley (played by a teenaged Kurt Russell) gets zapped by the computer. As normally happens in these sorts of things in real life, he becomes imprinted with the computer's memory, able to solve complex problems instantaneously. Overnight Dexter becomes a cultural phenomenon, but he also has information about the gangster's illegal business dealings transferred into his brain as well. The gangster (Cesar Romero) will stop at nothing to keep the information secret. Meanwhile, Dexter tries to help his school win a big quiz contest. Cue broad comedy and slapstick.

This was one of a series of similar comedies made by Disney during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Whether it was a talking dog, invisibility, an alien cat or the like, the basic plot structure was the same, and generally featured similar casts. I have had occasion to see a few of these and this one is unfortunately one of the lesser entries. In fact, I did not find this funny at all. Instead, it was tedious, dull and obvious, with barely any redeeming features. I was glad that there was no audio commentary or DTS sound, so that I did not have to watch it again for purposes of this review.

Even the actors seem to have had an off day. I'm surprised the character Dean Higgins as played by Joe Flynn wasn't called Binghamton, given the similarity to his characterisation on McHale's Navy. William Schallert barely rises to the level of dull as the professor and even Cesar Romero is missing his usual flamboyance. The only performer with any spark is Fritz Feld, and he is only on screen for a couple of minutes. In all fairness though the script did not provide them with much to work with.

Obviously the audience at which this film is aimed did not and does not include me. I can imagine that some kids might get something out of this, although the film and the portrayal of computers is quite dated. Others should beware.

This film was followed by two sequels called Now You See Him, Now You Don't and The Strongest Man in the World. And in 1995 the original film was remade for television.

Trivia for
The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes (1969)
The "campus" shown outside the window of the Dean's office is actually a photograph of buildings in the Walt Disney Studios. This very same backdrop was used during the run of the "Disneyland" television show for scenes shot on the set that served as Walt Disney's "office" when he hosted segments of the program. One oddity is that the building seen in the backdrop was actually the one that housed the real location of Walt's office.

"The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes". Yes: it's a Disney film. The version you saw was a redux; the orginal film was done in 1969 and starred a very young Kirk Russell.

In the '60's version (created WAY before an Internet), while assembling a computer lab project, Russell takes on an electric shock from the computer, which then turns him into a supergenius. He's the center of attention because some hidden, damaging criminal evidence put into the computer is now in his head, and the crooks involved chase after him to keep the info from spilling out.

The redeux of this fun film varies a bit, but was just as good.

I know that Disney did do a remake of one of their movies, that I remember as a kid. The original starred a young Kurt Russel and was called "The computer who wore tennis shoes".
Something happens to him and he suddenly knew everything.
Basically a human computer.
There was no internet then, but in an updated remake, it would be a logical source of his knowledge.
Don't know for sure if that's what you were looking for, but I hope it helps.

Electric Boy Genius- Based on the true story of Ryan Patterson, who before he went to kindergarten was wiring his family's house. By the first grade, Patterson was building complex robots. Under a mentor's encouragement, the boy invented gadgets that would change people's lives, like an electronic sign-language translator.

It sounds like "The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes" Did they remake it? I remember the version with Kurt Russell and that's from the late 60s-early 70s.
