Please tell me how i can lose weight in 1 month!! I dont have time to exercise!! AND PLEAZ DONT TELL ME TO EAT HEALTHY BECAUSE I DONT KNOW ANY DIETS that lets me have cookie dough ice cream at least once a week!! i only eat it once a week. sometimes i dont even eat it. I dont want to turn anterexic!! PLEAZ help me i am going back to my old school and i want to look good! i am 12 and weigh 148!!! PLEAZ PLEAZ HELP ME LOSE IN 1 month pleaz pleaz pleaz!!

if you don't have time to exercise you wont lose your weight.if you really want to lose weight don't eat that junk food you want at least once a week thy have tons of calories.it is simple first in the morning wake up at 5:30am and have your self a little walk maybe for about 5-10 minutes and then do something in your house like cleaning it or arranging your bed sheet.don't eat breakfast until its not 7:00am.after your breakfast wash the dishes you and your family used .don't just sit in front of the television.don't eat anything on in between meals wait until meal time.make an after 6:00 habits eat your dinner before 6:00pm and never eat anything before you go to bed.never ever have a midnight snack that's terrible.do this within 1 month and i guess you would probably lose some weight.the key is wake up at 5:30am and don't eat anything after 6:00pm

The only weight to lose weight is with exercise and eating low fats,low sugar. If you do not want to do the work, you must not want to lose the weight. There is no Magic in Life that is only for Fairy tales. When you want something you always have to work hard to get it. Things never come easy on life.
You want to lose weight stick to vegetables, even Special K cereal for a month lots of swimming and walking and you can achieve the weight loss.

Find subtle ways to boost your metabolism. Doing a little exercise during teh day cna work wonders. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or walk instead of taking the bus or car. Did you know that chewing salad burng more calories than is in it? But don't only eat salad 'cause that'll make you even hungrier (trust me, I know lol) eat something else with it that is low in calories but high in nutrients. Also, don't suspend yourself from your cravings 'caus ethat'll make you eat more. If you have a craving, eat a little of it or eat something that is similar to it but a little healthier. Moderation is key ^_~

how the hell do you want to lose weight with no exersise and no diet....come on , dont be stupid..at least run, run, run, twice a day for 15 min each. THE SECRET IS TO EAT WHAT EVER YOU WANT BUT BUT BUT OOONNNLLLYYY IN small PORTIONS....DONT OVERLOAD YOUR PLATE OR BOWL and definetly dont stuff your self..if you have lots of time to eat, kick back and watch tv you got time to run that fat off

Well really, your kinda screwed. You just eliminated a ton of options. Well you could take weight loss pills or just eat less.
