No definite #'s sorry! 1st which tube is blocked? A higher # of women ovulate from the right ovary...thus if the right tube is blocked..it decreases your chances to get pregnant more than if the left one was blocked.(without any intervention) Now you also have to evaluate the tube that is blocked & see whether surgical intervention would /could open the tube that is blocked. If this is successful it definitely increases your chanes of concieving....again depending on which tube was blocked to begin with and if ultrasounds have demonstrated which ovary the best eggs are coming off of. When all of this is done..THEN u evaluate chances of invitro. Best wishes... infertility can be very stressful on BOTH partners.

I'm not a medical professional, but I do know part of the answer to your question.

As you have a blockage in one of your fallopian tubes, your fertility may be declined. This is because each month, the ovaries produce eggs, and only the 'healthiest' is released. This could be from either the right ovary or the left ovary, which alternates randomly. That being said, I would take a guess at saying that your normal rate of fertility would be halved.
