I lost trust with one of my best friends after she went out with my ex after we've been broken up for just 2 weeks. She was the one that helped us with all of our problems. My other friends say she liked him all along and that she was planning for us to break up so she could go out with him. I already know I hate him. But, should i be mad at her also??

She obviously not your friend if she would move in on your ex so fast. Trust is hard to have in someone and once they ruin it it will be hard for them to regain. When you learn how to trust someone again let me know cuz I can't trust one of my best friends anymore either. And its tearing me apart.

Look i really hope you took this lesson in life VERY serious! A WOMAN NEVER TELLS HER FRIENDS ANYTHING ABOUT HER RELATIONSHIP WITH HER MAN!Cause She will be the first to try to fix what was wrong with you and totally back stab you! As far as bein mad SHE IS NOT WORTH THE ENERGY! Just keep away from her and him and anyone like them! They deserve each other ! Good thing you got out of that shituation. And learned early in life that you can not always trust your friends

Sorry but i don't think you could trust her again. You could give her another chance if you don't want to let go of the friendship but if you can't forgive or forget then try finding a new best friend who put you first before herself, respect you, and earn your trust. Good Luck!

I always told my kids and husband that I freely give my trust once; when you loose it, you have to earn it back.
Why be mad at her if you know you hate him? Lesson learned: don't let your friends be a go between or try and help with ya'lls problems. You don't know what he tells her.

Trust is earned and is a privilege. What she did was wrong. Best friends don't do that sort of stuff.

If that really was your friend's plan then she is not a worthy friend at all. Sit her down and have a long serious talk about her and your ex. if she seems uneasy then that probably was her plan. if so drop her!!

the real question here should be if you want her back as your friend? and if you do!!! she has to earn your trust little by little, but why allow her to get close to you again, do you really believe she helped you before, please look back and open your eyes do not believe what they tell you but what do you see and feel in your heart.

Forgive her and let go of your anger towards her...this will help heal you. but trust is something that has to be earned back.
