Tigerland and A Home at the End of the World, starring Colin Farrell. Gay guys seem to really like those movies.
Better Than Sex starring David Wenham (very hetero, might appeal more to women than guys).
I love the scenes in King Kong where Adrien Brody has his shirt off, but that's not strictly nudity (bloody great though!)

There are no naked men in "The Passion". I'm wondering the same thing about good movies with nice male nudity.

Don't know of a good movie but the series "Queer as folk" has lot's of naughty naked men. Pretty raunchy!!!
