I have been shopping since 2002 and this is the trade association I use.

There are literally dozens of organizations that claim to have 'secret shopper' programs...be very careful...most of them are scams. You'll end up paying for the privilege of providing a standardized survey that is virtually meaningless to businesses who want this serivce. Do your research first, before you sign on the dotted line!
