I was in ballet and when I was 3 my hymen broke from that. "Virginity" used to mean a woman that was independent of a man...now it means to some the presence of the hymen or a women that hasn't had sex.
Don't worry about your hymen...some women who have had sex can become "virgins" again spiritually...
Virginity is one of those sticky issues with me, on one hand I want to say don't worry about it, on the other, I know that it means alot to some people. So I'll just keep mum on the actual topic of virginity.
But to answer your question alot of things can break a woman's/girls hymen...from exercise to just about anything. So in that respect, don't worry about it. The hymen is a small membrane of flesh...I don't know why that is "important" to some of that mindset.

It's not so much "doing the splits," but I have heard of young girls who are extremely athletic more or less losing their hymen due to all the activity. Tampons will NOT break a hymen, unless the woman has an abnormally small vaginal opening and really forces the tampon in, but that's pretty much a hypothetical senario.

Yes. Many activities can tear the hymen ie. riding horses and bicycling even a hard fall can tear thinner ones. The exsistance or lack of a hymen is not a valid test for virginity.

Don't worry about your hymen. It may have already dissolved or broke without you knowing it.
Its not the indicator of virginity. What is is your dedication to furthering your growth and maturity. Don't let sex get in the way of your life. If mishandled or if engaged in at a young age, it will mess with your head, life, feelings, stability and cause problems.
hang out with your friends, do homework, play sports, walk someone's dog, talk to elders -ask about their life,

Actually, some young women have gotten their hymen broken during certain gynocological exams. The doctor who gave me my first pelvis exam had hands like a gorilla. Nothing was damaged, but it hurt!
Having said that, you still need to go to regular gynocologic visits. Like many exams for women, no pain, no gain.

certain. a variety of of females lost it to gymnastics practice, severe stretching routines, and different severe limb excercises. also, heavy guidance schedules will end your monthlies (or cut back them a great deal). countless females advised me this in college who were from the mid-west and excelled in gymnastics. Now you comprehend why youthful females rode area-saddle! (actuality).

Yup. Happens all the time. Lots of things can break it, splits is one ot them, horseback riding, etc.
And no, tampons won't do it.
