Depends how they were signed. There are millionaires and minimum salary guys playing together on the same team. There is no stock answer any more than there is for a major league salary.

I'm not sure there is an average in minor league baseball. I've gone to some Class A games where one team had players who signed for a 3 million dollar package most of it bonus rather than salary. Other players on the same team even those considered prospects might sign for a $1,000 or less bonus and make perhaps $600 a month and expenses. That same dichotomy holds true in Double A, though the players not lucky enough to get the seven figure contract is still not getting rich. In Triple A with many players in their 30's on the roster, there is more money. Some might make 30-50 thousand for essentially a six month season with exceptional cases making low six figures.

I work in Triple a and wondered this myself. When a player hits a home run, a hat is passed around...the salaries vary depending on whether they have a major league contract, have played a certain amount of years in majors, etc

It depends on who we are talking about. Usually the salaries aren't very high, but if they were high draft picks in the last 5 year or so, then they probably got a good signing bonus. In fact, the Reds have a pitcher named Homer Bailey who was recently promoted to the dooble A level. Not sure how much his annual salary is, but his signing bonus was about 2.5 million. INSULTED1 deserves to be insulted, because he is stupid!!
