I think parents have the right to know. A child cant have any other kind of surgery without parents knowledge so this shouldn't be different. There is a recovery period afterwards and a parent should know to watch their child and make sure they are recovering allright.

first off minors shouldn't be having sex let alone having babies. and as far as I understood all states in the US and provinces in Canada have laws that prohibit a minor from having an abortion without consent of a parent or legal guardian first, that is those states that have not out right made abortions illegal already. I am not fron the states so I am not 100% on the state laws, but I am pretty sure this one must be around.

I don't believe abortion is acceptable, period, no matter your age. I know it is a hot-button issue, but would you really want to take the chance that the so-called fetus is really a baby? Think about it. What if, in the future, they find out with certainty that a baby is a person the second it is conceived and make abortion a felony? You would be guilty of murder in the first degree!

No it is not right. I minor should not be able to commit murder....nor anyone else. To stop a beating heart is to commit murder. If a minor is in trouble and is pregnant there are millions of people waiting for an adopted baby. Her parents should help her and guide her to make the right decision.

im kind of mixed on this. on one side, i dont think it is right, i think the parents should be aware and know that thier daughter is sexually active so that they can put them on birth control or something. but on the other hand, i know that there are teenagers out there that would kill the baby themselves, or put it in a dumpster or something, so maybe if they didnt have to tell their parents in the first place they would have gone to a clinic and had it done a safer way, for them at least. thats a tough one.

first off theres somethin wrong w/ people that get abortions....second off abortions are dangerous to ur body and 3rd if ud ont want the baby then keep ya legs closed

first they made the babbie they need to take care of it not kill it. this is killing int the eyes of God Jesus Christ.abortions is not right it is killing people that should see life.
