Larry Bird by a landslide. Have you seen that guy shoot. Just because Wilt got 100 points, doesn't mean he's the best! Kobe showed me that anyone who controls the ball for almost the entire game can get a high amount of points. Besides, Chamberlain's best game was probably the one that he holds the record for most rebounds in a game (55) which is even harder to beat. Bird could shoot anywhere he desired: free-throw line, behind the perimeter, or even from half-court if he wanted to and he'd still make it. He may not be the best shooter from one area like how Reggie ruled the three-pointer and was near the front of the line for the free-throw shooting throne but from all areas, he's the best overall shooter in my opinion. If you're talking about the best player who's still playing today, I think it's Peja Stojakovic of the Hornets.

All-time = Pistol Pete Maravich. Had he played longer, he would have torn up some record books.

Now = Carmelo Anthony. Hold the boos. He is the player I want to have the last shot in. Highest stats for game-winning shots.

Go Lakers.

If you mean Basketballwise I must say Steve Kerr or Reggie... They shot a high percentage from 3 and they were both as clutch as they come...
