There's a fabulous nursery on Walnut just off of Uintah called The Good Earth. They're selection of plants is fabulous and well loved! They have seed for sure, and I think they have sod. If they don't, I know they'd be happy to recommend a place to you. And I'd go with their recommendation. As I mentioned before, it's an excellent nursery.
