is S.U.N. (soul of ultimate nations) out yet?

there is a game called SUN, its a free mmorpg game i heared about 1 year ago that u could download on a site. but i cant find the site anymore or even if its out yet cause when i saw it it said it wasnt ready yet but now i really want to play so if its out there could you tell me the site or tell me when its coming out
