Are the Target brand products as good as the name brand products?

I have noticed that the Target brand prducts are about half the price of the name brand products. Things like, soap, mouth wash, tooth paste. I wonder if they are as good.

Read the labels. You will find that nearly 100% of the time the ingrediants for your Target...Wal-mart...whatever brand is identical or nearly identical to the name brand. If you researched it further, you would find that the department store brand is often made by the companies that produce the name brand. Just read the labels and compare.

Yes, I have alot of target products and some of them i like better then the name brand product. The cleaning products come in really cool bottles and smell great.

When you buy name brand products your paying for the name !! The Target brand is the SAME !! look at the package it will say "compaired to" and have the name brand there.

i always liked theyre products but a few years back i found out that they would not let the salvation army bellringers stand outside and collect for the needy which resulted in a 32 million dollar loss to the organization in one year alone. And the reason according to the corporate folks who make 350 thousand a year or better was and i quote"I f we allow salvation army to do this then we would have to allow any organization to the same rights including the gay population as well as the members of the KKK to ask for a handout." And once again those was there comments not mine

I wouldn't say so, they work though-get the job done, just not as good. I personally like to stick to the name brands

yes, i worked for a manufacturer of socks and the high priced customer, like target, kmart, jcpenny, walmart, all got the same socks as dollor store, dollar general, so if you want good quality low price go to the lower priced stores
