Heh...okay I'm by no means a computer geek. In fact, I don't even know what I'm about to say! I'll throw out stuff I've heart the UBER BEEK my bf spouts out...he's a Microsoft MVP and goes around doing presentations.
You could do a topic on Object Oriented Programming (oop)
or Java versus some Windows program (is that like C#?)
Or maybe you can write about the versatility of certain programs that are going under and how newer programs would benefit from incorporating older program attributes into them.
I hope that gives you some ideas and wasn't too...ungeeky.
