welfare, and other government programs that are welfare programs undercover. such as the TSA, welfare programs workers, and is some cases education bureaucracy, let not forget tax paid professors that do nothing but hate America, the list is long.

Money is distributed in two ways, physically and by credit.
Physically distributed money is simply money in cash currency, bank notes, or e - bank transfers with a guaranteed sum of money.
Credit gets complicated because when someone uses a credit card there is no real guarantee it can be redeemed for the face value of the transaction. Credit cards can be run to ridiculously high levels, and most people end up not paying the debt because they're broke or whatever. It is up to the Creditor to take the burden of the debt and the interest accrued. This is why the APR (annual percentage rate) is so high and fluctuates daily. People end up in a debt spiral unable to pay for items they really don't need.
People need to control their own spending.
