You need to get legal counseling. If he wants to have fun and enjoy his life, believe me when I tell you, he's not going to give you a hard time with custody. Not much fun can be had when you have to take care of a child. This man sounds like he just wants to enjoy life and throw his responsibilities out the window. Start planning now. Even if you have to change jobs in order to get things your way, do it.

You should've found out if he was like this when you married him. What you see is what you get. He's not going to change if he's always been like that.
