You're actually pretty normal for someone your height and age. The average 20 year old female wants to be around 126 pounds. But for your height, its normal for you to weigh between 121 and 160 pounds and be healthy. To me, it doesn't sound like you're fat. I was a size 9 when I was 5'7" and everyone told me that it was a perfect size and nothing was wrong. I think that you should continue to work out just to continue to stay fit. Hope I helped! =)

No most girls don't wear a zero. 10 is the average size for a woman. You are probably all muscle which is good. A size 9 is normal and healthy. Even if you weighed less you would probably have to be very small boned to wear a 0. When i was younger i was 5'6'' and i weighed like 115 and wore a size 5. But i didn't work out or have any muscles.

I think you are perfect just the way you are. Wear whatever size fits.
Sizing is so unstandardized that you will find different sizes of clothes that fit you perfectly.
Some clothing manufacturers deliberately mislabel to make you feel good about a smaller size when it really isn't.
You're not fat. Keep working out. If you firm up your muscles there won't be any flab. A well toned body is beautiful.

If you work out a lot, then I would say that's exactly the weight you should be. Most girls that wear a 0 ( I was one years ago) look like they need to eat a porkchop. You have a shape. Be proud of it. Beauty is 99% confidence. If you are insecure, it doesn't matter what you look like. Stop obsessing about your looks.

It's not about size, but about health. Keep in mind that Marilyn Monroe wore a size 12 (probably a size 10 by today's fashion sizing).

most girls who don't eat are 0 but a girl who has eaten something is 14 and about 130 so you are fine, but keep working out just to maintatin your figure

Girls who wear 0 have no curves, 20 yr olds have curves.
If you calculate your bmi, it says you're normal.
And don't stop working out, it's all muscle weight probably.
