I read somewhere that if you pluck a hair enough you can actually kill the follicle and that hair will never grow back. Is this true?

I plucked my eyebrows for years and after about 10, they quit growing back. Problem is when I had my second child they grew back with a vengence and I have to pluck again. It seems to be slowing down some now that she's almost two, but they haven't stopped like before.

Not true at all. It actually makes the hair follicle more dark and course. For permanent hair removal, electrolysis is the answer.

No, continuous plucking actually enlarges the follicle.

yes, if a girl uses an eppilator it pulls the hairs on ur legs out from the roots, and if u use it long enough, maybe for about 5 years, it can stunt the hair growth permanently.

No, plucking hair will will make the growth continue, but it will make the hair even darker and longer. About the second question, i'm not sure!

No plucking makes your hair grow faster and thicker, like shaving, except not as worse
