No because a pathological liar does not want to be know as a "pathological liar" because that would ruin his ambition to be "one" and utterly destroy his Pathological lying.

whats up.x Dont sense weird and wonderful for asking. What your conversing about perhaps said as a "white lie", somewhat lie to guard someone or get out of a few thing. mendacity to guard someone would nicely be solid and can want to be undesirable, mendacity to guard someone as long as that man or woman is secure. definite thats precise, many jews hid everywhere to conceal from the nazi's in the experience that they were stuck they were despatched to concentration camps and gas chambers. So mendacity thus to guard someone is solid. No it really is not undesirable as long as you've the fellow's amazing activity at heart. desire i helped =)
