Target has a cheap brand. I think it is even cheaper than Walmarts. I have been using Luvs. They are not as expensive as Huggies & Pampers. They also leak alot less.

Walmart usually does roughly 5.50-5.74 a pack. However, if you check the adds for the local stores you may find a better deal every so often. Albertsons will put the giant LUVS pack on for less than the generic...also if your albertsons does big coupon weekends and you have a coupon for another brand it may come out cheaper as well. Walgreens will do a Buy One Get One about every other month...so they come out to about 2.75 a pack...I have used generic for my daughter and they work GREAT Huggies were awful...if the generic don't work try other brands otherwise save yourself some money.

I really like the Kirkland brand from Costco. For the size 2 it ends up being about 17 cents a diaper. They work well, and one box lasts a month! We have two kids in diapers so cheap is important!

Wal-Mart makes Parent's Choice and White Cloud diapers...they are around $6 for a package of 40, but they leak....especially at night. You get what you pay for in diapers...either buy cheap and do a bunch of laundry or pay more for what works.

Personally, I like Pampers Baby Dry. My 11 mo. old sleeps 10 - 12 hours at night and she's dry in the morning!

my son was in parent's choice from wal-mart for the first 12 months, then he grew out of their size 6, they got too short. And yes they do stretch in the waistband. I tried huggies, pampers, simply kids and truely as well. I have had to go back to huggies as they are the only ones that are big enough around the waist, stretch in the waist and are long enough through the crotch. My son is now 20 months and hoping he is naturally ready for potty training within the next 4 months, I would hate to think where I am going to turn next when he grows out of hugies size 6.

I used to pay 10-20 cents per diaper buying parent's choice from wal-mart, but now I have to pay over $1 per huggies diaper, though I still buy them at wal-mart.

Albertsons are the best just as good as Huggies or Pampers I think that they are better and that's all I've bought my daughter. They are six dollars a package and sometimes they have a sale where they are four bucks....Walmart brand sucks dont buy them they leak like crazy and tear

I'm not into cheap diapers because they never seem any good. For all three kids I have used Pampers. Last month we were at Costco and needed diapers so I bought their HUGE box of diapers. You know, they are GREAT!!!!!! I'm not kidding. Up here in Calgary a box of 160 was only $39.99 which tells me they are probably cheaper in the states.

Give them a try. I was truly impressed.

You want to be careful when using the cheapies, they tend to leak pretty bad. One brand of cheapies I've found that doesn't is the kind with the smiley faces on them that go away when the diaper is soiled. If cost is really an issue try out the different generic ones and see how they hold their stuff and also how your babys skin reacts to them. I could only use huggies on both of my girls bc anything else gave them rashes.

You've not told the age ur baby?? If its a newborn hold on for store-brands and go for Pampers Newborn. Though its expensive its worth for ur little one's very delicate skin.

Well I use Sams Club "Smiles" at home for my little girl (She's 10 month now). Its OK for 2hr diaper change. Doesn't hold too much...but gud for the price. Its 17.99 for 158 diapers!

At night and while going out I use Pampers this way there's no tension of changing every couple of hours.
